If not already present, for additional protec-

rent-operated protective device (RCD) with a
rated residual operating current not exceed-
ing 30 mA in the electrical circuit of your bath-
room. Ask your plumber for advice.
The appliance can become very hot. Never

put your hair under the clip or between the
heating plates for longer than a few seconds.
Avoid any contact of the skin with the styling

attachment.
Never cover the appliance, for example with

a towel.
Never place the appliance on soft cushions or

blankets during operation.
Pull out the power plug after use. Do not dis-

connect the plug by pulling on the cable.
Never wind the power cord around the ap-

pliance.
Never use the appliance if it or the power

cord is visibly damaged.
