DMX MODE

You can control the devices individually via your DMX-controller. Every DMX-channel has a different
occupation with different features.
The Control Board allows you to assign the DMX fixture address, which is defined as the first channel from
which the LED PIX-16 QCL Bar will respond to the controller.
Please, be sure that you don't have any overlapping channels in order to control each LED PIX-16 QCL Bar
correctly and independently from any other fixture on the DMX-chain. If several LED PIX-16 QCL Bars are
addressed similarly, they will work synchronically.
If you set, for example, the address in the 4 channel mode to channel 5, the device will use the channel 5 to
8 for control.
Controlling:
After having addressed the LED PIX-16 QCL Bar, you may now start operating it via your lighting controller.
Note: It's necessary to insert the XLR termination plug (with 120 Ohm) in the last lighting in the link in order
to ensure proper transmission on the DMX data link.
Addressing
Please press the ENTER button again to confirm and to select a DMX Channel Mode.
DMX Channel Selection : Choosing a DMX Channel Mode
The device has 7 DMX-modes. After having set the desired addresses and pressed ENTER, you can now
choose a DMX Channel Mode (4 CH, 6 CH, 7 CH, 11 CH, 19 CH, 64 CH, 67 CH).
Set the desired mode via the UP or DOWN buttons.
Press the ENTER button again to confirm and to exit the DMX Mode.

DMX-Protocol

The LEDs of the devices are separated into several segments which can be controlled in the following 7
different DMX modes.
4-Channel Mode: All 16 LEDs as 1 segment
CH 1
Red (0 - 100 %)
CH 2 Green (0 - 100 %)
CH 3 Blue (0 - 100 %)
CH 4 White (0 - 100 %)
6-Channel Mode (default setting): All 16 LEDs as 1 segment
(compatible with EUROLITE DMX LED Operator 2, item no. 70064502)
CH 1
Red (0 - 100 %)
CH 2 Green (0 - 100 %)
CH 3 Blue (0 - 100 %)
CH 4 White (0 - 100 %)
CH 5 Dimmer (0 - 100 %)
CH 6 0 - 0 On
1 - 5 Sound control (15 colors)
6 - 10 On
11 - 255 Flash (with increasing speed)
Press the MODE button until the display shows DMX MODE.
Press the ENTER button and the display shows: 001.
Set the desired address via the UP or DOWN buttons.
