SAFETY NOTES

• Read the safety notes prior to use. Keep the manual in a safe place for future
reference.
• Should you give the appliance to anyone else, please also be sure to attach the
instruction manual.

• This product is designed and suitable for healthy people.
• Please consult your doctor prior to using this product.
• Use Twist & Shape on a secure, flat surface with a protective layer for the floor or
carpet. Keep a surface of at least 0.6m around the appliance on all sides free of
obstacles, children, bystanders and pets.
• For your own safety, check your appliance on a regular basis and prior to each use
for damages and stability. If you detect any missing, damaged or lose parts, do not
use the appliance any further.
• An incorrect posture can lead to injuries. In order to avoid injuries, observe the
instruction and training manual. Excessive training may cause muscle pain.
• Immediately cease training if you sense an unusual feeling or discomfort in your
body during training. There is the risk of adverse health effects.
• Do not use the appliance after having consumed alcohol. This can cause
accidents or lead to bodily discomforts.
• Do not use the appliance immediately after a meal. Only begin training again one
hour after a meal. This can, otherwise, cause accidents or lead to bodily discomforts.
• This appliance is designed for use within the home and not for commercial
purposes.
• This appliance is not suitable for children. Children playing with the appliance
should be avoided.
