TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The refrigerator
does not start up
The refrigerator is
not getting cold

No power supply

Solution
Check the power cable
is properly connected.
Press the START but-
ton on the remote
control. You will hear
a brief sound and the
red light flashes to
confirm the refrigera-
tor is now on.
Unplug the power ca-
ble. Wait for a minute
then plug it in again.
Re-start the refrigera-
tor.
Check the batteries in
the remote control are
not dead.
Check the batteries
are the right way in.
Check:
the seal around the
door,
proximity to sources of
heat,
sufficient ventilation,
dust in the condenser.
Check the batteries in
the remote control are
not dead.
Check the batteries
are the right way in.
Clean the sensors on
the remote control and
refrigerator.
