Checks after installation:
Check the balance of the door to operate the door and change the spring tension if necessary (remember that the
springs are pre-set at the factory). The door must remain balanced in the upper third.
CAUTION : Before changing the spring tension, equip yourself with appropriate personal protection
•
Spring adjustment:
♦ Open the door and block it to prevent it from closing. Remove the pin of superior security.
♦ Insert a steel rod of 8 mm or a screwdriver in the back half of circle hooksupper spring.
♦ Increase or decrease spring tension by hanging hole in the top or bottom.
♦ Replace the safety pin. Repeat for the other spring (2 springs musthave the same setting.) Test the door
again.
•
Check the locking tilting part: ensuring thatthe two horizontal bolts in the lower part of the deck are welltaken in
the hold latch.
•
Check the door lock, if the lock is harderadd the wedge gate between the strike and the panel.
Conditions of use:
•
Operate the garage door with the handle inside or outside only (do not use the locking rods to operate the door).
•
The door can be unlocked by turning the key to third turn and locked by turning it one third of a turn in the opposite
direction.
•
Of the internal, door can be locked or unlocked without using the key inpressing the release button /latch.
•
Before manoeuvring, watching to leave free the zone of clearance of the door.
•
To open, unlock and turn the handle, start opening the door by pulling the handle and push the door all the way
into the horizontal guide rails and wait for it to go well stopped.

For sealing, use the pull cord and the door to the support by means of closing the handle. Once closed, turn the
handle and make sure the bolts are properly engaged behind horizontal holds lock. Turn the key to lock.

Maintenance:
Maintenance by non-specialists or qualified installers:
•
After installing the door, at least one time a year, lubricate the axes of rotation silicone spray,clean guide rails and

Do not oil the lock cylinder: use a graphite lubricant spray if the maneuver isdifficult.
•
Ensure the flow of water: the threshold and the amount of frame must be dry and well ventilated.

Paint the door at regular intervals depending on weather conditions in your area.
•
The more extensive maintenance work must be performed by qualified installers.

Maintenance by qualified installers:
•
Check and possibly tighten the screws.
•
Check parts for wear and replace, if necessary, by original spare parts
•
Ensure the smooth functioning of the springs. At the closing, the door must remain balanced in thethe upper third
of the opening. To change the spring tension, proceed as described above.
Frequency of replacement springs:
•
1-5 cycles per day, this is necessary every 16 years.
•
6-10 cycles per day, this is necessary every 8 years.
•
From 11 to 20 cycles per day, which is required every 4 years.
