Checking the safety systems
Every time before using, check that the safety systems are working properly. To
do so, simulate the various situations of usage shown in the table on page 24,
making sure that the correct result is achieved for each situation.
Checking the braking system
Every time before using, put the lawn-tractor on level ground, go forward a few
metres and check that the brakes are working properly.
Blade check
Check that blades are sharpened properly and firmly fixed to the relevant hubs. A
badly sharpened blade pulls at the grass and causes the lawn to turn yellow.
