Pureeing accessory

5 Lower the beaters, kneading hooks or pureeing accessory (HR1571
only) into the ingredients.
6 Set the speed control to the desired speed to switch on the
appliance (Fig. 5).
- You can press the turbo button to mix more quickly or to increase
the speed during heavy jobs, e.g. kneading yeast dough.
- If you want to stop mixing or pureeing for a while, set the speed
control to '0' to switch off the mixer. Then put the mixer (with the
beaters, kneading hooks or pureeing accessory still attached) on its
heel until you continue.
7 When you have finished mixing or pureeing, set the speed control
to '0' and unplug the appliance.
8 To release the beaters, kneading hooks or pureeing accessory, press
the speed control forward to the eject position (Fig. 6).
cleaning
Always unplug the appliance before you clean it.
Never immerse the motor unit in water or rinse it under the tap.
1 Clean the beaters, kneading hooks and pureeing accessory in warm
water with some washing-up liquid or in the dishwasher.
 Clean the motor unit with a moist cloth.
storage
1 Wind the cord round the heel of the appliance. Attach the cord to
the mixer housing with the suction cap (Fig. 7).
