Fan + bottom heat setting
In this operating mode, the bottom element and the fan operate
simultaneously.
• It is used for baking low leavened cakes, as well as for preservation
of fruit and vegetables. Use the second guide level from the
bottom, and not too high baking trays, so that hot air may circulate
also over the upper surface of the food.
While in basic 'Pro mode' you can select 'cooking time' function (A)
and/or 'End time function (B).
Setting the cooking time
• While in 'cooking time' mode set the time of oven operation.
First select the hours, then minutes.
• Confirm your selection.
End of operation indicated on the display is calculated according to
your selection.
