Hot Air + Bottom Heat Setting
• Food is heated by hot air from the back of the oven and
the bottom heating element.
• This is used to bake pizza, moist pastry, fruitcakes,
leavened dough and short crust.
Hot Air Setting
• Food is heated by hot air from the back of the oven.
• This setting provides uniform heating and is ideal for
baking.
Fan + Bottom Heat Setting
• The heat generated by the bottom heating element is
distributed by the fan.
• This setting is used for baking low leavened cakes, as
well as for preservation of fruit and vegetables.
Auto Roast
• In the Auto Roast mode/system, the upper heater will
