Settings
1. Insert the SIM card in SMS 40. If you want SMS 40
to send SMSs in the event of a power cut, carry out
the following:
2. Install a 9V battery on the circuit board in SMS 40.
3. Position the jumper according to the image below.
Caution
The pin code must be deactivated and if it is pay
as you go there must be credits on the card.

Quick start guide
Program setting of SMS 40 can be performed via the start
guide or directly in the menu system.
1. Start the heat pump and select SMS 40 in menu
"System settings" (5.2).
2. Go to menu 5.3.5 in your heat pump and add the
mobile numbers that are to have access to change
and receive status information from the heat pump.
Mobile numbers must include country code e.g.
+46XXXXXXXX.
3. If you want to receive an SMS message in the event
of the alarm mark the box to the right of the tele-
phone number.
NOTE
Telephone numbers provided must be able to
receive SMS messages.
