1.2 - INSTALLATION WARNINGS

• Before starting installation, check that the specific mo -

(see paragraph 3.1). If not suitable, do NOT proceed
with installation.
• All preliminary set-up work, including cable laying, as -
sembly of automation devices and electrical connec-

must be affixed on the switch stating "WARNING! MA -

• Before starting installation, all unnecessary electrical
cables must be removed and all mechanisms not re -

• If the product is installed at a height of less than 2.5 m

the tube containing the motor. Keep the tubular motor
away from sources of strong heat and ensure that it is
not exposed to flames. This may damage system com-

tions. If this occurs, suspend installation immediately
and contact the Nice Service Centre for assistance.
• During installation, no screws must be fitted on the
roller section crossed internally by the tubular motor.
This could cause damage to the motor.
• The power supply cable is in PVC to guarantee suitabil-

• During installation handle the tubular motor power ca -
ble with care. If subject to damage, this may constitute
a hazard.
