3.3 Settings
3.3.1 Entering non-sleep mode
When the meter is off, press and hold the ON/OFF key and the Hold key to enter
non-sleep mode. The non-sleep mode will be invalid after power off.
3.3.2 Calibration of the relative humidity
Turn off the meter and press the ON/OFF and the F/C key more than one second
to turn on the meter and enter into the calibration mode. Plug the meter probe
into a 32.8% salt bottle.
You will see 3x.x% flashing in the display. After 30 minutes, the calibration proc-
ess will stop automatically and the calibration values are saved. You can also
manually end and save the calibration by pressing the F/C Cal key for more than
1 second.
After that move the meter probe into a 75.3% salt bottle and press the
MN/MX/RST key more than one second to enter the 7x.x% calibration. "7.x.x%"
will flash on the LCD.
After 30 minutes the whole calibration is completed. You can also manually end
and save the calibration by pressing the F/C CAL key for more than one second.
Note:
- You can manually exit the calibration without saving by pressing the ON/OFF
key.
- The auto power off mode is automatically disabled during the calibration pro-
cedure.
- In order to get high accuracy, you should do the calibration at a 23 to 25 °C
and steady air flow room.
