4.3.4 POSIZIONAMENTO
REGOLAZIONE FINECORSA
MECCANICI
Major è dotato di finecorsa meccanici interni
alla cassa regolabili sia in chiusura che in
apertura.
Finecorsa in chiusura
a)
Avvitare il grano (1 fig. 10) sulla biella
di collegamento fino a farlo sporgere
dall'altro lato.
b)
Regolare il grano in modo che, quando
l'anta va ad appoggiarsi alla battuta
esterna di arresto meccanico in
chiusura, ci siano circa 2 mm di luce tra
il grano e la leva motore (fig.10).
c)
Una volta definita la posizione bloccare
il grano finecorsa mediante un secondo
grano più corto (2 fig. 10).
Finecorsa in apertura:
Il finecorsa in apertura consente due
angolazioni di apertura, una standard di 90°
e una massima di 110°. Tale variazione si
ottiene montando in modo diverso la
piastrina di fermo interno.
Apertura di 90°
a) Infilare la piastrina di fermo interno
(1 fig. 11) sul perno filettato (2 fig.
11) del gruppo leve orientata come
indicato in fig. 11 e fissarla con il
dado in dotazione.

SWITCHES
Major has adjustable internal limit switches
for opening and closure.
Closure limit switches
a)
Screw the dowel (1 fig. 10) on to the
connection rod until it protrudes on the
other side.
b)
Adjust the dowel so that, when the door
rests on the outer edge of the
mechanical stop on closure, there are
approximately 2mm between the dowel
and the motor lever (Fig. 10).
c)
Once the position has been defined,
block the limit switch dowel using a
second, shorter dowel. (2 fig. 10).

Opening limit switch:
The opening limit switch allows two opening
angles: a standard 90° angle and a larger 110°
angle This adjustment can be obtained by
assembling the inner stop plate in a different
way.
90° opening
a) Thread the inner stop plate (1 fig. 11)
on to the threaded pin (2 fig. 11) of
the lever block oriented as indicated
in fig. 11 and fasten using the nut
supplied.

LIMIT
ENDSCHALTER
Major verfügt über Endschalter innerhalb des
Fundamentkastens, die sowohl für die
Schließung als auch für die Öffnung
eingestellt werden können.
Endschalter bei Schließung:
a)
Schrauben Sie den Gewindestift (1 Abb.
10) auf der Treibstange fest bis diese auf
der anderen Seite hervorragt.
b)
Stellen Sie den Gewindestift so ein, dass
ein Abstand von ca. 2 mm zwischen dem
Gewindestift und dem Antriebshebel
bleibt, wenn der Torflügel bei der
Schließung auf den äußeren Endanschlag
stößt.
c)
Wenn die Position bestimmt wurde, ist der
Gewindestift mit einer zweiten kürzeren
Schraube (2 Abb. 10) zu fixieren.
Endschalter bei Öffnung:
Der Öffnungsendschalter ermöglicht zwei
Öffnungswinkel: einen Standardwinkel von
90° und einen maximalen Winkel von 110°.
Eine Änderung des Öffnungswinkels ist
möglich, wenn die innere Haltescheibe
unterschiedlich montiert wird.
90°-Öffnung
a) Setzen Sie die innere Haltescheibe
(1 Abb. 11) auf den Gewindestift (2
Abb. 11) des Hebels so auf wie in Abb.
11 angeführt ist und befestigen Sie
diese mit der mitgelieferten Mutter.
