ATTENZIONE: installare l'elettroserratura
verticale qualora l'anta superi i 2,5 m di
larghezza.
La zona di installazione del motoriduttore deve
prevedere lo spazio per la cassa e i suoi
accessori nonché quello necessario per
effettuare le operazioni di manutenzione e di
sblocco manuale. Verificare i limiti di ingombro
facendo riferimento alla fig. 3.

4.3.1 INSTALLAZIONE CASSA DI
FONDAZIONE
ATTENZIONE:
per
un
funzionamento è importante che l'anta
abbia solo due punti di appoggio, cerniera
superiore e leva supporto sblocco;
bisogna quindi togliere, se presente, la
cerniera inferiore.
a)
Scegliere, in base al tipo di cancello e alle
quote di ingombro (fig. 3), l'esatta
posizione di installazione della cassa.
b)
Smontare l'anta del cancello.
c)
Praticare uno scavo di fondazione
adeguato alle dimensioni della cassa,
prevedendo anche i passaggi per i
condotti dei cavi per i collegamenti elettrici
e il condotto di drenaggio ( deve essere
inclinato verso il basso).
d)
Posizionare la cassa di fondazione all'interno
dello scavo come indicato in fig. 4.
e)
Collegare il condotto per il passaggio dei
cavi elettrici in uscita dal motoriduttore
all'apposito foro sul fianco della cassa (1
fig. 4).
f)
Collegare il condotto per il drenaggio
dell'acqua al foro di scarico sul fondo
cassa (2 fig. 4).

4.3.1 INSTALLING
FOUNDATION BOX
ATTENTION: for correct function is it
important that the wing has two points of
contact only, the upper hinge and the
corretto
release support lever - the lower hinge, if
present, must be removed.
a)
Choose the exact position for foundation
box installation in line with the type and
weight of the gate (fig. 3).
b)
Dismantle the gate wing.
c)
Dig a hole large enough to contain the
box, leaving sufficient space for the
electrical connections and drain pipe
(which must slope downwards) to pass.
d)
Place the foundation box inside the hole
as shown in fig. 4.
e)
Connect the pipe for the electric wires
from the operator to the relevant hole
on the side of the box. (1 fig. 4).
f)
Connect the water drainage pipe to the
drain hole on the bottom of the box. (2
fig. 4).

ACHTUNG: Installieren Sie das senkrechte
Elektroschloss, wenn der Torflügel über
2,5 m breit ist.
Der Installationsort für den Antrieb muss über den
notwendigen Platz für den Fundamentkasten und
das Zubehör verfügen und Wartungsarbeiten und
die manuelle Notentriegelung ermöglichen.
Überprüfen Sie unter Beachtung von Abb. 3 die
MAJOR
richtigen Abmessungen.

ACHTUNG: Für den fehlerfreien Betrieb des
Unterflurantriebs ist es wichtig, dass der
Torflügel nur über zwei Stützstellen verfügt
(oberes Scharnier und Entriegelungshebel).
Das untere Torband ist daher zu entfernen.

FUNDAMENTKASTENS
Wählen Sie je nach Art des Tores und den
Abmessungen entsprechend (Abb. 3) die
exakte Position für die Installation des
Fundamentkastens aus.
Heben Sie den Torflügel aus der Angel.
Heben Sie ein Fundament aus, welches den
Maßen des Fundamentkastens entspricht,
wobei auch die Kabeldurchführungen und
die Dränageöffnung (muss sich nach unten
neigen) berücksichtigt werden müssen.
Platzieren Sie den Fundamentkasten
innerhalb des Fundaments wie in Abb. 4
angeführt ist.
Verbinden Sie die vom Antrieb
ausgehenden Kabeldurchführungen mit
dem entsprechenden Loch seitlich auf
dem Fundamentkasten (1 Abb. 4).
Verbinden Sie die Dränageöffnung mit
dem Abflussloch am Boden des
Fundamentkastens (2 Abb. 4).
