D 9.3.4 Center- oder Surround-Lautsprecher ohne Ton
1) Pro-Logic-Betrieb nicht eingeschaltet.

Taste PRO-LOGIC (6) drücken.

2) Im Pro-Logic-Betrieb ist der Center-Modus
PHANTOM eingeschaltet. Rechts im Display
unter der Zeile
CENTER MODE
zeigt.
Mit der Taste CENTER MODE (6) auf NOR-
MAL oder WIDE umschalten, siehe Kapitel 7.1
"Einstellungen für den Dolby Pro-Logic-Betrieb",
Punkt 2).
3) Die Lautstärke für den Center-Lautsprecher und/
oder für die Surround-Lautsprecher sind auf Mini-
mum eingestellt.
Mit den Tasten CENTER LEVEL bzw. REAR
LEVEL (16) die Lautstärke erhöhen, siehe Kapitel
7.1 "Einstellungen für den Dolby Pro-Logic-Be-
trieb".
4) Eingestellter Sender strahlt kein Stereo-Signal aus.
Anderen Sender wählen.
5) Der Center- und/oder die Surround-Lautsprecher
sind nicht richtig angeschlossen.
Lautsprecher richtig anschließen, siehe Kapi-
tel 4.2 "Lautsprecher".
9.3.5 Brummen bei Plattenspieler-Wiedergabe
1) Die Stecker des Verbindungskabels vom Platten-
spieler ist nicht richtig in die Buchsen PHONO
(27) eingesteckt.
Stecker richtig einstecken.
2) Der Plattenspieler ist nicht mit Masse verbunden.
Die Masseleitung vom Plattenspieler an den
Masseanschluß GND auf der Rückseite des
Receivers anschrauben.
9.4 Tuner
9.4.1 Keine Empfang
1) Antenne nicht angeschlossen.
Antenne anschließen, siehe Kapitel 4.1 "An-
tennen".
2) Das richtige Frequenzband ist nicht eingestellt.
Mit der Taste BAND (19) einstellen:
GB 5) The center speaker and/or the surround speakers
are not correctly connected.
For correct connection refer to chapter 4.2
"Speakers".
9.3.5 Humming with turntable reproduction
1) The plugs of the cable of the turntable are not cor-
rectly connected to the jacks PHONO (27).
Connect them correctly.
2) The turntable is not connected with ground.
Screw the ground wire of the turntable to the
ground connection GND at the rear side of the re-
ceiver.
9.4 Tuner
9.4.1 No reception
1) Antenna is not connected.
Connect antenna, see chapter 4.1 "Antennas".
2) The correct frequency band is not tuned.
Adjust it with the button BAND (19):
FM (displayed at the bottom, left) or
AM (displayed at the bottom, left).
3) No station is tuned.
Tune station, see chapter 8 "Operation of the
tuner".
9.4.2 Reception is interfered
1) Interferences are caused by the TV set.
Place the HiFi system further away from the
TV set.
2) Interferences are caused by electrical units.
Switch off the interfering units.
9.4.3 Stored stations cannot be received
1) The receiver has been separated from the power
supply for a longer time (mains plug pulled out of
the socket). By this the station memories are can-
celled.
Store stations again, see chapter 8.2 "Storage
of radio stations".

9.4.2 Empfang gestört
1) Störungen werden vom Fernsehgerät verursacht.
Die HiFi-Anlage weiter vom Fernsehgerät auf-
stellen.
2) Störungen werden durch elektrische Geräte ver-
ursacht.
Die störenden Geräte ausschalten.
9.4.3 Gespeicherte Sender nicht zu empfangen
1) Der Receiver war längere Zeit von der Stromver-
sorgung getrennt (Netzstecker aus der Steckdose
gezogen). Die Senderspeicher haben dadurch
die Speicherung verloren.
Sender neu speichern, siehe Kapitel 8.2 "Spei-
chern von Rundfunksendern".
