6.2 Expanding
Warning: Do not operate the expander if the expander head has not been
attached correctly.
Note
When expanding,
Also refer to the instructions in the section entitled Cleaning, maintenance and repair.
1. Check whether the nominal width of the pipe corresponds to the nominal width of the
expander head.
2. Slide the pipe onto the expander head as far as the stop.
3. Press the start button and hold it until the pipe has been expanded.
Note: Observe the system manufacturer's instructions when carrying out an expanding
process.
