GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS ON DELIVERY
Congratulations on your purchase of this high-quality product. We hope that you will get the most out of this appliance
by observing the provisions of this operating manual.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

On delivery, check that the packaging is not damaged
and that no transport damage has occurred.
After you have unpacked the blast chiller / shock
freezer, check that all the parts are present and that
they correspond with what you ordered from us.
INSTALLATION
A pallet lifter may only be used to transport the product
if the product is standing on a pallet (fi g. 1).
If a pallet lifter is used to transport the product after
it has been removed from the pallet, there is a strong
likelihood that the drainage tray suspension bracket will
be damaged.
Remove the pvc protective fi lm from all over the
appliance (fi g 2).

The connection to power supply may be carried out at the back of the
appliance after removing the protection grid. (Fig. 6)
IMPORTANT: The model is equipped with a 2-m single-phase cable without
plug.

Please note that the characteristics described here may

The cabinet must be located in a dry and adequately
ventilated room.
To ensure reliable operation, avoid a location in direct
sunlight or near a source of heat (fi g. 3).
Be aware of the minimum distances to wall and ceiling
as shown below. Front and rear and all sides min. 100
mm, top 50 mm.
By means of the adjustable legs make sure that the
cabinet stands level and upright. (fi g. 5)
