IMPORTANT
The appliance is provided with a temperature sensor in its bottom to measure the current temperature. Do not
damage this sensor in a violent manner. A precise temperature measurement is important for keeping
Cooking Process
• Close the fruit preserver with the lid. Adjust the temperature control-
ler to the desired heating level. Use the following tables when selec-
ting a temperature setting.
• When the preserving phase is finished, switch the temperature cont-
roller to OFF. Remove the power plug from the wall socket.
• Position a heat resistent container under the pouring tap and press
the pouring lever down. The water drains itself. When the water has
drained away allow the preserving jars to cool down.
Workflow
• Set the Start/Stop knob to the desired temperature as indicated in the reference chart for preserving. Set
the indicated time for preserving and press on the Start/Stop knob. The heat symbol
preserver will now start heating up. The duration for heating up can be up to 90 minutes. The timer starts
counting down, when pre set temperature is reached
• All settings may also be corrected during operation. Just switch off the appliance, press on the Start/Stop
knob to do so, and then re-set the desired setting. Any remaining water in the preserver can be removed
through the outlet tap. Put a heat-resistant container under the outlet tap and press down the outlet tap' s
lever. The water will be drained. Allow the preserver to cool down once the water has been removed.
• Remove the bottling jars. Leave the clamps or other lid fasteners on the bottling jars until they have com-
pletely cooled down.
Juice Extractor Setting
• Der Einkochautomat eignet sich bei Verwendung eines Entsafter Aufsatzes (nicht im Lieferumfang ent-
halten) hervorragend zum Entsaften. Um eine maximale Dampfbildung zu gewährleisten, stellen Sie den
Start/Stopp Regler auf die maximale Temperatur ein, bis das folgende Symbol erscheint:
• Schalten Sie die Zeitelektronik aus, indem Sie auf den Timer Knopf drücken. Das folgende Symbol er-
scheint:
• Setzen Sie den Entsafter-Aufsatz auf und füllen Sie mindestens 6 Liter Wasser einfüllen. Bestücken Sie den
Fruchtkorb und setzen Sie den Deckel auf.
• Drücken Sie auf den Start/Stopp Regler, um das Gerät einzuschalten. Das Gerät heizt jetzt auf Maximalein-
stellung und produziert den notwendigen Dampf zum Entsaften.
• Achtung! Schalten Sie das Gerät nach dem Entsaften durch drücken des Start/Stopp Reglers aus.
• Füllen Sie vor jedem neuen Entsaftungs-Vorgang Wasser nach.
