Safety information

The condensate drain has been built in
accordance with the state of the art and
the recognized technical safety regulations.
Nevertheless, there is a risk of personal
injury and damage to property when the
adsorber is used, if
it is operated by non-qualified personnel,
not used within its intended design speci-
fications,
is repaired or maintained incorrectly.
Please observe the following general safety
instructions:
Danger!
Suddenly escaping compressed
air.
Never remove any parts of the condensate
drain, or manipulate the same in any way,
as long as the unit is pressurised! Suddenly
escaping compressed air might cause seri-
ous injuries.
• Do not exceed the maximum operating
pressure.
• Prior to any work, release all pressure
from the unit.
Danger!
Electric shock!
The condensate drain is powered by an
electrical voltage. Contact with non-insu-
lated live parts of the condensate drain can
cause serious injuries or death.
• Work on the electrical components must
only be carried out by authorised and
qualified technical personnel!

Operating Instructions | EN
Danger!
External forces!
The components are not designed to with-
stand external forces and can burst under
additional load. Pressurised components
bursting can cause serious injuries or
death.
• Do not use the condensate drain as a
climbing aid.
• The condensate drain must not be sub-
ject to load, stress or
• Use the supplied wall mounting bracket
and flexible hoses to install the device.
Danger!
Hot surfaces!
The heater can heat up to a temperature of
70 °C during the warm-up phase. Tou-
ching hot surfaces can cause serious burn
injuries.
• Before carrying out any maintenance
work, disconnect the power supply to
the heater and wait until the surface has
sufficiently cooled down.
• Wear protective gloves.
Danger!
Contaminated condensate!
In certain circumstances, the condensate
may be contaminated with pollutants.
Such condensate must not be introduced
into the waste water system untreated!
• Make sure to heed the safety data sheet
of the used fluid!
• Wear protective clothing if applicable
(gloves/breathing protection).
