Possible cause
• Shut-off valve upstream of conden-
sate drain closed.
• The internal dirt trap is clogged.
• The valve does not open /
valve seat is soiled.
• The line at the condensate outlet is
clogged.
• The condensate drain is not installed
correctly:
- Air bubbles trapped in the con-
densate drain block the line.
- Vent line missing or is shut off.
• Power supply interrupted
• The cleaning operation is not suffici-
ent to enable complete emptying.
• The valve is defective.
• Electronics/coil defective
(overvoltage/short-circuit)
• The valve does not close.

Remedy
• Open shut/off valve at conden-
sate inlet and/or in vent line.
• Clean internal dirt trap.
• Open valve manually, clean
valve seat and replace if ne-
cessary.
• Clear blockage in condensate
outlet.
• Install vent line or open shut-off
valve in vent line.
• Reconnect the unit to the pow-
er supply.
• Clean condensate drain.
• Replace valve.
• Renew coil or replace conden-
sate drain if necessary.
• Clean valve seat, replace valve
if necessary.
