During cooking, the appliance will stop automatically when you open the door. All
buttons will be inactive except for the buttons Start/Stop, PRESET and ROTATE. To
continue cooking, close the door. The appliance will not continue cooking until the door
is completely closed.
NOTE: If you open the door and do not close it within 30 minutes, the appliance will
automatically turn off. In this case, press the button Start/Stop to turn on the unit.
ATTENTION: During and after cooking, the inside of the appliance, the food
and the grill underlays are hot. Depending on the type of food, steam may
escape from the appliance.
Wear oven gloves and, if necessary, long-sleeved clothing to protect
unprotected body parts from accidental scalding, burns, and hot juices
leaking from food.
Grab the roasting spit or grill underlay with a heat-resistant food-safe kitchen
utensil.
3 Remove the roasting spit or the grill underlay from the appliance.
4 Place it on a clean, food-safe and heat-resistant work surface.
5 Turn the food.
6 Put the grill underlay back into the appliance.
7 Close the door to continue cooking. The appliance will not continue cooking until
the door is completely closed.
8 The appliance will automatically stop cooking with a triple beep. The fans will still
be in operation for another 60 seconds to lower the internal temperature of the
device.
9 Open the door and check if the food is cooked.

Subsequent cooking

If the food is not cooked to your satisfaction after cooking:
10 Slide the food on the grill underlay back into the appliance and close the door.
1 1 Press the button MENU, then
• Press the button and set the temperature
• Press the button and set a few more minutes
as described in SETTING TEMPERATURE AND COOKING TIME.
12 Press the button Start/Stop. The appliance will start the cooking process.
13 The appliance automatically stops cooking with a triple beep. The fans are still in
operation for another 60 seconds and lower the internal temperature of the device.
14 Check to see if the food is cooked.
• If the food is not cooked to your satisfaction after
cooking has finished, repeat steps 7-14.
