Switching the refrigerator on and off.
To switch the refrigerator on, turn the control dial to position 1 or higher.
To switch the refrigerator off, turn the control dial to STOP position.
Temperature selection.
Turn the control dial to select the refrigerator temperature.
The higher the number, the colder the refrigerator temperature will be.
Freezing food.
For freezing food, turn the control dial to its highest position.
This function helps to freeze the food and it is recommended to set it 24 hours
beforehand if you intend to freeze a large amount of food. 24 hours after placing
the food in the freezer, it will be frozen and you can turn the control dial back to
its usual position.
Super freeze function
If your refrigerator is equipped with this function, apart from following the ins-
tructions for Freezing food you should also press the Super freeze button. The
amber pilot light will come on and the freezer will be prepared for freezing. If
you wish to freeze a large amount of food, you should press the button 24 hours
before placing it in the freezer. 24 hours after the food has been placed in the free-
zer, you can switch off the function by pressing the Super freeze button again.
When you press the Super freeze button, the refrigerator light will remain on at
half-power so that the compressor can work for a longer time and obtain colder
temperatures in the freezer.

CORRECT USE OF THE APPLIANCE:

Leave enough space between food items to let air to flow around them.
Do not place food in contact with the cold wall at the back of the refrigerator. The racks have a
stop which should not be exceeded.
Do not leave the door open longer than necessary.
Do not put hot food in the refrigerator.
