The power cord should be fl exible, oil-resistant, earthed, polychloroprene-coated - it can be made by the manufacturer and
available from him or in specialist repair shops!

• Only an authorized technician with a certifi cate for electrical works may connect the device to the electrical grid.
• The appliance should be connected to a 400V 50Hz three-phase socket equipped with a circuit breaker In=30mA by
means of a plug or directly to the power supply.
ATTENTION!!! You must carry out a proccess of „burnout" of the device during the fi rst using according to the
following points:
• Install the device according to the instruction above
• Set the control knobs of all the panels In the position ‚6'.
• Wait around 15 minutes
After the conduct of the process above, you can start using the device. During the fi rst start of factory new cooker there
follows the secretion of unpleasant smells coming from the natural burning of preserved heaters. The smells will disappear
after the fi rst burning.
5. THE DEVICE OPERATION
Before turning on the device you must make sure that it has been properly installed and that its technical
condition allows safe exploitation.
• Before the beginning of work, operating button (Fig. . 9 Pos. 2) should be set in position „0" .
• To turn the device on you must turn the button left and set target temperature (position 1 – minimal device power, posi-
tion 6 – maximum). The process of heating panels' heating is indicated by orange signalling lamp (Fig. . 9 pos.1)
• The cooker is equipped with temperature limiters which reduce heating panels' power in case of an exploitation without
heat consumption.
• In order to turn the cooker off you must set the button in position „0" by the movement compatible with clockwise
(signalling lamp will go out) and disconnect electrical power supply.

ATTENTION!
You cannot relocate devices when:
• The power cord is plugged in a socket,
• The device's surface is not cooled,
• There are some pots on the cooker
