Fault
Reaction tank is not being
emptied fully
Stirrrer motor and emptying

Possible cause
Storage tank for processed water
is full.
Filling level probe in the processed
water tank is dirty or defective.
Hose pipe or emptying pumps be-
tween the reaction tanks and filter
units are blocked.
Stirrer shaft is dirty or there is a
contact problem.
Stirrer shaft has got detached from
the motor shaft.
Stirrer shaft is dirty or there is a
contact problem.
Dosing opening or dosing device is
blocked due to moist splitting pow-
der.
Dosing motor does not have volt-
age or is defective.
Filling level sensor is dirty or defec-
tive.
Stirrer motor does not have voltage
or is defective.
Stirrer shaft has got detached from
the motor shaft.
Dosing quantity of splitting powder
or liquid splitting agent is too low.
Resting phase after stirring proc-
ess is too short.
Stirring process is not perfect.
Bypass pump under the reaction
tank does not work.
Hose from reaction tank to cas-
cade filter does not fit into the filter
opening that has been provided.
Too small flakes block up the filter
fleece.
There is no water; air has been
sucked in or the high-pressure
cleaner has been connected
wrongly.

Remedy
In recycling, wait till the processed water is con-
sumed; otherwise clean or replace the supply
pump for high-pressure cleaner.
Clean or replace the filling level probe.
Clean or replace.
Clean or replace the stirrer shaft.
Faster the stirrer shaft back to the coupling; se-
cure the coupling.
Clean or replace the stirrer shaft.
Remove splitting powder from the dosing unit;
clean the opening of the dosing unit; fill in dry
splitting powder.
Check supply voltage; replace motor if required. Customer Service
Clean or replace the filling level sensor.
Check supply voltage; replace motor if required. Customer Service
Faster the stirrer shaft back to the coupling; se-
cure the coupling.
Increase dose.
Increase resting phase.
Ascertain cause and rectify it.

Optimize the flaking process (dosing of splitting
