4 Cleaning and storage
CAUTION:
Damage to the equipment from incorrect cleaning:
Do not clean using hard cleaning utensils, e.g. steel wool, or harsh detergents,

e.g. thinner, alcohol, etc.
Never immerse the electronic kitchen scales in water or other liquids
ƒ
1. Clean the scales with a soft, slightly moistened cloth and mild detergent.
2. To avoid damaging the electronic kitchen scales, do not use excessive force
when cleaning.
3. After cleaning, dry the electronic kitchen scales. The weighing surface comes
into contact with food so ensure any cleaning-agent residue is removed.
4. Store the electronic kitchen scales in a dry, childproof place.
