3.4 Volume mode

1. Place the electronic kitchen scales on a level, firm surface.
2. Place a container on the electronic kitchen scales before switching it on.
3. Lightly press the electronic kitchen scales to switch them on.
4. Wait until the electronic kitchen scales have adjusted themselves.
ÂThe LCD displays the symbol [o] and the value [0] on the left (Fig. 4).
NOTE:
It is also possible to place a container on the weighing surface after switching on
the electronic kitchen scales and to reset the displayed value to [0] by pressing
the (ZERO) button (see 3.7 "Zero function (up to 350 g)").
5. Press the (MODE) button until the LCD display shows the desired volume mode
(Fig. 3, nos. 2 or 3).
6. Fill the container with the food to be weighed.
7. Read the value on the LCD display.

3.5 Switching off the electronic kitchen scales

The electronic kitchen scales switch off automatically when the weight has been
displayed for one minute without further input.
