2.2 How to use the equipment and for what purposes

The electronic kitchen scales can be used to measure units of weight and volume
for foods up to 8 kg. The scales also have a tare weighing function to reset an
already weighed value to zero, e.g. to enable weighing of further ingredients.
It should be noted that the electronic kitchen scales are intended exclusively for
weighing food in private households and are not suitable for commercial purposes.
