The following cables from MONACOR are suitable
up to 350 m:
VCC-59, VCC-59/SW, VCC-59/WS, VCC-259/SW
3) Connect the video output VIDEO OUT TO MONI-
TOR (18) of the power supply unit via a 75 Ω coax-
ial cable to the video input jack of the monitor or a
camera switcher or video splitter. Observe the cor-
rect 75 Ω termination.
4) Connect the plug of the mains cable (15) to a
socket (230 V~/50 Hz) and switch on the power
supply unit with the switch POWER (14). The
power LED (13) will light up.
CAUTION In case of darkness (illuminance
below 10 lux) the IR LEDs switch on.
Never look directly into the lit LEDs
at close range. Although the light is
in visible, it may cause eye damage.
5) Also switch on the connected monitor. Release the
setscrew (8) of the camera bracket, align the cam-
era to the surveillance area, and retighten the
screw.
6) For zoom adjustment and focus adjustment remove
the nut (6) so that the cover (5) can be taken off. By
displacing the magnet (10) adjust the zoom factor
and by displacing the magnet (11) adjust the focus
in an optimum way. Then screw on the cover (5)
again.
