Problem encountered
Machine does not turn on.
Power light is off after having
pressed the start-up/stand-by button.
The machine requires a lot of time to
heat up.
The machine is very noisy.
Red flashing light .
The coffee flows out too fast and no
creamy froth forms on the surface.
No coffee flows out or it just drips out
slowly.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible causes
» M achine is not connected to the power
source.
» T he machine has limescale build-up.
» No water in the tank.
» W ater tank fitted incorrectly or
absent.
» Coffee knob in wrong position.
» Capsule already used.
» Dispensing spout is clogged.

Solution
» Connected the machine to the power source.
» Contact customer service.
» Descale the machine.
» Top up the tank with fresh drinking water.
» Fit the water tank correctly.
» T urn the coffee knob to the stop position.
» Contact customer servicea.
» R eplace the capsule inside the capsule holder drawer
with a new one.
» Clean the coffee dispensing spout
(see MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING).
