User and installation manual Helo Rok Set
Helo Rok Set
User and installation manual for ceramic heater stones and Rok Set container
The innovative Helo Rok Set containers for ceramic heater stones are easy to use and maintain.
Natural stones in sauna heaters are often prone to rapid disintegration, especially in public saunas. Pieces of stones under a
sauna heater are a common indicator of this. As the stones disintegrate, air circulation in the stone space gets blocked. This
raises the temperature of the heating resistor and significantly shortens the service life of the heater. Stacking the stones in
a different order every now and then would help the air move freely, but this would involve extra costs and interruptions to
use. Experience has shown that maintaining the heater stones at regular intervals is not something that many sauna users
would like to do.
The Helo Rok Set solution
The number one factor affecting the whole sauna and the service life of the heater is the maintenance of the heater stones.
The stones have an impact both on the hot air and steam generated by the heater and the durability of the resistors. To
make maintaining the stones easier than ever, Helo has developed the Helo Rok Set container and ceramic heater stones.
The idea behind the stone containers is to have the heating resistor in the space between the containers. This allows the air
gap to direct the heat to the sauna room efficiently while keeping the heating resistors at the right temperature at all times.
The ceramic stones never come into contact with the heating resistors, which is a crucial factor when it comes to the service
life of the heater. If a ceramic stone breaks in half, the pieces will be contained within the container where they won't block
air circulation.
Positioning the ceramic discs is quick and easy, as they can be placed directly in the container without having to
-
worry about carefully stacking them in the correct position.
The containers can either be filled outside of the heater or placed in the heater first and then filled with stones
-
there.
For maintenance, the containers, together with the stones, can simply be taken out of the heater, making the pro-
-
cess quick and effortless.
The containers full of stones are covered with a layer of ceramic Tetra stones to ensure that the heat radiation from
the heater is directed to the stones instead of the surrounding structures.
The heater must always be fitted with the maximum number of containers and all containers must be filled with ceramic
stones. The number of containers needed will depend on the type of heater.
The Rok Set containers are available for the SKLA, SKLE, Octa, Laava and Magma heaters for public saunas. Helo supplies
a complete set of the containers needed and the ceramic stones.
