Simplebus Intercom Bracket
Bracket for fixing the monitor - allows installation of the monitor on
the wall or by means of desk base Art. 4712W (see page 20), and
permits connection of the system cables.
Bracket Art. 4714W/2I can only be used on an intercom
network, i.e. connected to one of the outputs of an intercom
interface module Art. 4897.
The bracket is provided with terminals for connection of the floor
door call (see variant E), for connection of a call repetition device
(see SB2/T) and for use of pushbutton 1 of the monitor for various
uses (see variant A).
It is possible to insert up to 8 brackets Art. 4714W/2I with the same
user code in the same intercom network, i.e. connected to the
same Art. 4897.
The factory bracket Art. 4714W/2I can be used on Simplebus2
systems. It is compatible with Simplebus1 systems and to use it on
these some of the card settings must be changed. See "How to set
bracket Art. 4714W/2I for operation in Simplebus1 systems" on
page 30.
Installation of monitor Art. 4701W/A on wall
The label to be applied on the monitor is contained in bracket
Art. 4714W/2I, on which it is possible to indicate the functions
programmed for the pushbuttons.
