1. Mold the ball bearing in the alloy servo saver parts A and B.
2. Mount the servo saver spring on the alloy servo saver part A, then mould
the flange sleeve in the alloy servo saver part A. Mould the ball bearings in
the alloy servo saver parts A and B.
3. P ress the servo saver axle through the flange sleeve into the two servo sa-
ver parts and secure it using the shim rings and the securing ring 6mm
4. Check if the servo saver is running smoothly, mount the O-rings on the
servo saver.
5. Mount the ball-and-socket joint on the track rod and rod M4 accord i n g
to illustration 18 and 18a.
6. Mould the alloy joint ball and steel ball from the side without collar into the
ball-and-socket joint and mount it using M3x12, M4x20 screws and M4 stop
nuts on the servo saver.
7. Fix the receiver battery with an insulating tape on the alloy battery holder
b r a c e .
Ti p : You can adjust the effect of the servo saver with the number of the
used O-rings. The more O-rings, the harder is the effect of the servo saver.

1 . Kugellager in die Alu-Servo-Saver Teile A und B eindrücken.
2 . S e rv o - S a v e r-Feder auf Alu-Servo-Saver Teil A montieren, danach die
Bundbuchse in das Alu-Servo-Saver Teil A eindrücken.
3 . S e rv o - S a v e r-Achse durch Bundbuchse in beide Servo-Saver Teile drücken
und mit Passscheibe und Sicherungsring 6mm sichern .
4. Servo-Saver auf Leichtgängigkeit prüfen, O-Ringe auf Servo-Saver montie-
re n .
5. Montierte Lenkgestänge mit M3x18 Linsenschrauben durch die Stahl-
Kugeln 6mm mit dem Bund zum Servo-Saver in die äußere n
G e w i n d e b o h ru n gen montieren und mit M3 Stopp-Muttern sichern .
6. Montierte Spurstangen mit M4x20 Zylinderschrauben durch die Alu-
Gelenkkugeln mit dem Bund zum Servo-Saver ins vorderste äußere Loch
und M4 Stopp-Muttern montiere n .
7. 2,9x13 Linsenschrauben in alle Kunststoff-Kugelgelenke der Spurstangen
e i n s c h r a u b e n .
Ti p p : Die Wirkung des Servo-Savers lässt sich durch die Anzahl der verw e n-
deten O-Ringe verstellen. Je mehr O-Ringe, desto härter ist der Serv o - S a v e r
in seiner Wirkung.

1. Serv o - B e f e s t i g u n g s s t reben mit 4,2x16 Senkschrauben an
Vo rderachsträger rechts montieren.

2. Distanzbolzen mit 4,2x19 Senkschraube an Vo rd e r a c h s t r ä g e r
b o l z e n
rechts montieren.
3 . S e rvo-Saver mit M5x20 Senkschraube und Distanzscheibe
zwischen Servo-Saver und Alu-Chassis ins hintere Loch des
Alu-Chassis montiere n .
4 . Lenkgestänge mit M3x18 Linsenschrauben und M3 Stopp-
M u t t e rn durch die Stahl-Kugeln 6mm mit dem Bund zum
S e rvohebel montieren.
Ti p p : Beide Lenkgestänge durch Drehen der Kugelgelenke in die
gleiche Länge einstellen. Servo-Saver und Servohebel sollten
parallel stehen. Je nach Serv o - Typ und Servohebel muss an den
Vo rd e r a c h s t r ä g e rn im Bereich der Servohebel durch Feilen oder
Schleifen etwas mehr Freiraum geschaffen werd e n .
