1 . Kugel-Antriebsachsen der vorm o n t i e rten Antriebswellen in die

mit Kugellager bestückten Alu-Achsschenkel drücken und
Felgenvierkantmitnehmer mit dem Absatz zum Kugellager zei-
gend mit den M5x5 Gewindestiften montiere n .
2 . Alu-Achsschenkel mit M5x20 Senkschraube und Kegelscheibe
(dünne Seite zur Kugel-Buchse) zwischen Alu-Achsschenkel
und Alu-Querlenkern montieren. Die Alu-Achsschenkel links
und rechts sind unterschiedlich. Die angefräste Fläche für die
B remse muss nach hinten zeigen.

Linsenschrauben an Alu-Hinterachsträgern montiere n .

K u n s t s t o ff-Kugelgelenke einschrauben.
Ti p p : Die oberen Querlenker links und rechts sind unterschiedlich,
Einbaurichtung der Stahl-Kugel mit Bund am Alu-Achsschenkel
nach unten zeigend und kürz e re Seite nach hinten montieren. Die
Kugeln in den Kugelgelenken der Spurstangen und Push-Rods
sind unterschiedlich, die Kugel mit Absenkung mit der
Zylinderschraube montieren. Mit den Schrauben 2,9x13 in den
Kugelgelenken kann das Spiel der Kugeln eingestellt werd e n .

into the adjustable rings and screw them on the shock absorber housing (flat side in direction of the hexagon).
2 . Mould 1 guide with collar each in the shock absorber seal 04 at the bottom with the collar towards the internal thre a d .
3 . Mould 1 guide with collar each into the shock absorber housing with the collar towards the smaller thread. Mount the securing rings 3.2mm in
the first chamfer of the short piston rod.
4 . Mount the shock piston with the recess towards the securing ring and fix it with a second securing ring Ø 3.2mm.
5 . Now put the piston shaft in the shock absorber housing short in the following order: O-ring/ disk/ O-ring, which should be slightly oiled, then
push it on the piston shaft.
6 . Push the shock absorber locking 04 bottom on the piston shaft and screw it with the shock absorber housing. Screw the shock fastening
s h o rt on the thread of the piston shaft until you cannot see anymore of the thre a d .
7 . Mount the screws. Fill the shock absorber with oil up to the marking.
8 . Push the piston shaft several times into the shock absorber housing and pull it out again, in a way that the air bubbles in the oil can rise. If no
m o re air bubbles are rising unscrew the shock absorber seal top by about 2 turns. Shift the piston shaft slowly into the shock absorber hou-
sing until you can only see about 5mm of the piston shaft, now firmly bolt the shock absorber seal.
9 . The excessive oil will escape at the cross hole of the shock absorber seal. Now mount the blue springs on the short rear shock absorbers and
s e c u re them with the spring plate. Proceed in the same way with the front shock absorbers using the red springs.

Volumenausgleich in die Dämpferverschlüsse einlegen. O-Ringe in die Verstellringe ein-
legen und auf die Stoßdämpfergehäuse schrauben (flache Seite in Richtung Sechskant).
2 . Je 1 Führung mit Bund in die Dämpferverschlüsse unten mit dem Bund zum
Innengewinde zeigend einpre s s e n .
3 . Je 1 Führung mit Bund in die Stoßdämpfergehäuse mit dem Bund zum kleinen Gewinde
zeigend einpressen.
4 . O-Ringe auf die Dämpferkolben montieren und Dämpferkolben mit der kleinere n
Ve rtiefung zur Kolbenstange zeigend mit Scheibe Ø3,2 und Stopp-Muttern M3 montie-
re n .
5 . Kolbenstangen nun in die Stoßdämpfergehäuse kurz stecken und in folgender
Reihenfolge O-Ring/ Führung ohne Bund/ O-Ring( sollte leicht eingeölt sein) auf die
Kolbenstange schieben.
6 . S t o ß d ä m p f e rverschlüsse unten auf die Kolbenstangen schieben und mit den
S t o ß d ä m p f e rgehäusen verschrauben. Dämpferbefestigungen kurz auf das Gewinde der
Kolbenstangen schrauben, bis kein Gewinde mehr zu sehen ist.
7 . Stoßdämpfer bis zur Markierung mit Öl befüllen. Kolbenstange mehrmals langsam ins
S t o ß d ä m p f e rgehäuse schieben und herausziehen, damit die Luftblasen im Öl nach oben
steigen. Wenn keine Luftblasen mehr aufsteigen, Dämpferverschluss oben ca. 2
U m d rehungen aufschrauben. Kolbenstange langsam ins Stoßdämpfergehäuse schieben,
bis ca. 5mm von der Kolbenstange noch zu sehen sind, nun den Dämpferv e r s c h l u s s
oben festschrauben.
9 . Das überschüssige Öl tritt an der Querbohrung des Dämpferverschlusses aus. Nun die
blauen Federn auf die Stoßdämpfer montieren und mit den Federt e l l e rn sichern .
