Switch off machine!
Pull out mains plug!
Knives are sharp-edged – Risk of Injury!
CAUTION!
Wear protective gloves and safety glasses during lubrication work.
Please pay attention to the safety instructions in the "safety data sheet" of the
grease.
- Using the 2,5mm allen key, unscrew the 2
M3x8 screws in the plexi cover and remove.

- Apply a little grease between the revolving
brass block and the shaft of the distance stop.

Problem Handling

DANGER!
Before starting maintenance, disassembly or repair work, the Strip and Twist Machine
AVG 0160 must be disconnected from power supply. Touching live parts can cause
danger of electrocution with fatal consequences! Work on the electrical equipment
may only be performed by properly trained personnel.
CAUTION!
When working with the Strip and Twist Machine AVG 0160, do not wear loose
clothing, jewellery or long, loose hair that can get caught in the Strip and Twist
Machine AVG 0160.
Maintenance work may be performed only by authorized and properly trained
personnel.
