When measuring the ingredients, ensure that you adhere as precisely as possible to the specified
quantities in the recipes. This is the only way in which to achieve the desired result.

Baking bread

Preparation / Settings

Remove the baking tin (7) upwards out of the automatic bread maker.
Insert the 2 dough hooks (6) as far as possible into the drive shafts inside the baking tin (7).
Add the ingredients to the baking tin (7) in the sequence specified in your recipe. You usually
add the liquids first, followed by sugar and salt. You then add the flour and, finally, the yeast.
This should not come into contact with the liquids or salt.
Now re-insert the baking tin (7) into the automatic bread maker.
Close the cover (2).
Insert the mains plug into a power socket. You hear a beep and the display
programme number 1 with the corresponding baking time.
Select the desired programme by pressing the button
Each press of the button is confirmed with a beep.
Select the bread weight using the button
Select the browning level using the button

the rise time of the dough.
It is not possible to set the browning level for programmes 6, 7 or 11.
The "Quick" function is possible only for programmes 1, 2, 3 and 4.

With the timer function, you can now set the time when baking is to end, if necessary (not
possible for programme 11).

Starting programme

Press the button

dough hooks (6) do not move during this phase. This is not a fault.
You can observe the programme sequence and the individual work steps through the viewing
window (1) in the cover (2).
Never open the cover (2) during the rising or baking phase to prevent the bread from
collapsing.
