• If you have reasons to believe that safe operation is not possible
any longer, disconnect the appliance immediately and secure it
against inadvertent operation. Reasons to believe that safe ope-
ration is no longer possible include:
- the device is visibly damaged,
- it does not function any longer and
- The device has been stored under unfavourable conditions for
a longer period of time
- if it has been subject to considerable stress in transit.
• Never put the devices into operation immediately after they have
been taken from a cold to a warm environment. The condensation
which arises could damage the devices. Allow the devices to reach
room temperature before switching them on.
• Electrical devices must be kept out of the reach of children.
• Make sure that the device is sufficiently ventilated.
• Avoid heavy mechanical stress, high temperatures, strong vibra-
tions or excessively damp conditions which could damage devices.
• Always place it on a stable surface. Ensure that it does not fall
down and causes injury.
• The camera system set cannot replace the personal supervision
of a child or those in need of care etc, but support this.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. This
could become a dangerous toy in the hands of children.
• If the camera is not in use for longer periods of time, remove the
inserted batteries/accumulators, because even anti-corrosion
batteries/accumulators may oxidise and destroy your device.
• Do not touch leaking or oxidised batteries with your bare hands.
Use protective gloves.
