Function of the individual buttons
BAND button (10)
•
Press this button to set the band to FM1, FM2 or FM3. In each band there are 6 station buttons (4) available to
save stations.
UP/DOWN buttons (11)
These buttons change the receiving frequency to adjust to stations in radio operation.
•
Press one of these buttons briefly to start the automatic scan for stations in the corresponding directions. The
auto-scan only stops at the next station that can be received well.
•
Press one of these buttons for longer in order to activate manual station scan. The search will stop as soon as
the button is released.
After a short period of time without the button being pressed, the tuner reverts back to automatic scan.
Station buttons 1-6 (4)
•
Press one of these buttons briefly in order to directly select the station previously saved to the button.
•
Press one of these buttons for longer in order to save the currently heard station to that button.
Every one of the three FM ranges (FM1-3) has six station buttons. Therefore you can assign 18 station
buttons.
AF button (5)
This button calls up the RDS OPTIONS/AF MODE menu. Selection is carried out by turning the VOLUME dial (3)
and confirmation with the MENU button (2).
•
AF OFF = the tuner does not automatically search for a more receivable frequency of the same station.
•
AF ON = the tuner automatically searches for a more receivable frequency of the same station.
•
The display returns to its original content again automatically after a few seconds.
