On/off button / display lighting
The button switches the unit on & off and switches the display lighting on.
Press the button once and the unit switches on.
Press the button once again briefly to switch on the display lighting (lighting switches
off automatically after approx. 30 seconds).
Press the button once again to switch off the display lighting beforehand.
Press and hold the button for approx. 3 seconds to switch the unit off.
When the unit is switched on, the available memory capacity for the
data logger function appears briefly in the display.

MAX-MIN button
Press the button to enter the maximum/minimum value recording mode.
• Press the button and the maximum value will be recorded and displayed.
• Press the button once again and the minimum value will be recorded and displayed.
• Press the button once again and the maximum and minimum values will be recor-
ded and the current measured value displayed.
• Press the button once more and the recorded maximum value will be displayed.
• Press the button once more and the recorded minimum value will be displayed.
• Press the button once more and the maximum and minimum values will be recor-
ded again.
• Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to leave the maximum/minimum value
recording mode.

Data logger REC button
Pressing the REC button starts the data logger function (unit records the measured
values at specific intervals > for reading via the software). Pressing the button again
terminates the data logger function.

A/C weighting button
Pressing the button switches between the two weighting filters A and C.

FAST/SLOW time evaluation button
Pressing the button switches over between the two evaluation times, FAST and
SLOW.

Pressing the button switches between the "Lo Level", "Med Level", "Hi Level" and
"Auto Level" measuring ranges.
