INSTALLATION
When choosing the device's installation place, please make sure that the venting slots are not covered by
other devices or decoration material.
The device can be installed on the ground or on the wall or ceiling.
Hanging installation
Fix the mounting-bracket on the housing by screwing the fixation-screws included in the delivery.
Mount the projector with the mounting-bracket on the desired installation spot. For safety reasons use an
additional safety-rope. Adjust the desired inclination-angle via the mounting-bracket and fix the bracket-
screws.
This device falls under protection-class I. Therefore it is essential that the yellow/green conductor gets
connected to earth.The electric connection must be carried out by a qualified employee.
In general, lighting effects should not be connected to dimming-packs.
OPERATION
After you connected the effect to the mains, the PROKALEIDO starts running.
Adjust the sharpness of the projection by turning the mechanical focus on the frontpanel.
On the rear panel of the PROKALEIDO, you can find a 2-step mode-selector with the following functions:
0 Changing shapes and colours, kaleidoscope stands still
I Changing shapes and colours, kaleidoscope rotating
REPLACING THE LAMP
During the operation, the lamp reaches temperatures of up to 200° C.
Before replacing the lamp, unplug mains lead and let the lamp cool down (approx. 5 minutes).
Do only replace the lamps with ELC 24 V/250 W lamps.
Please refer to the instructions under "Installation of the lamp".
