Intended Use
The product is used to provide date, time, local and remote temperature and humidity information.
The remote climate information is transmitted from the sensor via RF signals. The alert function allows
the product to notify you when the temperature and humidity reach certain levels. The date and time
information can be synchronized with the DCF signal. The product also has a built-in alarm function. The
backlight allows the user to read the screen in darkness. The comfort icons and index tell the user the
ambient conditions.
The product is intended for private use only. It is not suitable for medical purposes or for providing
information to the public. The main unit (receiver) of the product is powered by two AAA batteries (not
included) and the sensor (transmitter) is powered by two AA batteries (not included). The main unit is
suitable for use in a dry, indoor environment only. The sensor is also suitable for a dry, sheltered outdoor
environment.
Any usage other than described above is not permitted and can damage the product and lead to
associated risks such as short-circuit, fi re, electric shock, etc. No part of the product may be modifi ed
or rebuilt. Please read the operating instructions thoroughly and keep them for further reference.

The following symbols must be observed:
An exclamation mark within an equilateral triangle indicates important information in the
operating instructions. Carefully read the whole operating instructions before operating the
