Setting the Time
Step 1:
Move the „12HR/24HR"switch (11) to the position 12HR to display the time in the
12 hour format (AM or PM will be displayed).
Move the „12HR/24HR"switch (11) to the position 24HR to display the time in the
24 hour format.
Step 2:
• Press the „TIMER/CLOCK" (4) key to change to the time mode.
• Press „TIMER/CLOCK" (4) and keep it pressed for about 3 seconds. The time display then
begins to flash.
• Set the current time using the „+" (5) or „-" (6) key.
• Press the „TIMER/CLOCK" key (4) to save the settings.

Stopwatch Function

• Press the „TIMER/CLOCK" (4) key to change to the time mode.
• Press the „START/STOP" (1) key while you are in the time mode. After that, the stop watch
function will start.
• Press the "START/STOP" key (1) again to stop the stopwatch function.
• Press the „CLEAR" (7) button to reset the stopwatch to 0:00.
Timer function (Countdown)
Example for setting and starting the timer 1:
• Press the „TIMER1" (2) key to change to the timer mode.
• While you are in the timer mode, press the „TIMER1" (2) key and hold it pressed for about 2
seconds. The timer display then begins to flash.
• Set the desired time for the timer using the „+" (5) or „-" (6) key.
• Press the „TIMER1" key (2) to save the settings.
• Press the "TIMER1" (2) button to start the TIMER countdown.
Please note that both TIMERS can be started simultaneously. In this case, set
both times for timer as required, and then press the „START/STOP" (1) key,
instead of the corresponding timer key.
• When the timer countdown is activated, press the „TIMER1" (2) key to pause the timer count-
down. Press the „TIMER1" (2) key again to resume the countdown.
When the time of the timer has passed, an alarm signal is emitted for 1 minute.
Besides, a countdown will start to indicate since when the corresponding
countdown timer has elapsed. To stop the started countdown timer press the
„START/STOP" (1) key. To reset the timer press the „CLEAR" (7) key.
For the setting of timer 1 and timer 2, proceed in the same way as described above. Thereby,
use the keys „TIMER2" or „TIMER3" respectively, instead of the „TIMER1" (2) button.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Use a clean, dry and soft cloth for cleaning. If it is very dirty, use a cloth slightly moistened with
lukewarm tap water.
Clean the timer very carefully, otherwise you may scratch it. Do not press too strongly on the dis-
play as this may break it.
Disposal
a) In general
When disposing of an unserviceable product, do so in keeping with the relevant statutory regu-
lations.
b) Batteries and rechargable batteries
As a consumer you are required (Battery Ordinance) to responsibly dispose of all used batter-
ies and rechargeable batteries; it is forbidden to throw them away with the normal house-
hold waste!
Contaminated batteries/rechargeable batteries are labelled with these symbols to
indicate that disposal in the domestic waste is forbidden. The designations for the
heavy metals involved are: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead.
Used batteries, rechargeable batteries as well as coin cells can be returned to col-
lection points in your municipality, our stores or wherever batteries/rechargeable
batteries/coin cells are sold!
You therefore fulfil the legal requirements and make your contribution to protecting the environ-
ment!
