3. EQUALIZER
3-way equalizer for HIGH, MID, and LOW frequencies.
4. CUE BUTTON
If you push this button it lights up and the channel signal is sent to the headphones.
5. CHANNEL DISPLAY
The 5-fold display shows the individual channel signal. Reduce GAIN if the red LEDs light up permanently.
6. CHANNEL FADER
Used to adjust the input level of each channel.
7. CUE MIXING-FADER
Connect your headphones to the PHONES socket. With the CUE buttons, you can select the desired
channel.
By setting the CUE MIXING-fader to PGM (CUE-buttons without function), you can cue the output signal of
the mixer. By setting the CUE MIXING-fader to center position, you can cue both the channel-signal you
selected and the output-signal.
8. PHONE LEVEL CONTROL
With the Level control, you can adjust the phones volume without changing the output signal.
9. CUE SPLIT BUTTON
Cue Split-function (button pressed and Cue Split-LED illuminated): the Cue-signal is on the one side of the
headphones and the output-signal on the other side.
Cue Mix-function (button released): the adjustable mix of Cue-signal and output-signal is on both sides of the
headphones.
10. PHONES
Use this socket to connect the headphones. Headphones from 8 Ohm to 600 Ohm can be used.
11. BOOTH CONTROL
With the BOOTH control, you can adjust the level of the signal routed to the stereo booth monitor output on
the rear panel. This does not affect the level in the headphones.
12. STEREO/MONO SWITCH
Selector switch for setting the BOOTH output to mono operation.
13. REC OUT
Additional RCA output sockets to connect your recording unit on the front panel. The output level is not
affected by the master control.
14. LINE IN 8
Additional RCA input sockets for CH-6/LINE 8 on the front panel. Connect line sources like MP3, CD, MD,
DAT, Rhythm Machines and Samplers. Make sure that the LINE/MIC-switch is set to LINE.
15. MASTER VU METER
The 10-fold display shows the level of the left and right master output. Reduce GAIN if the red LEDs light up.
This indicator is a warning that the signal is approaching clipping and that distortion may result if the level
increases further.
16. SPEAKER PROTECT LEDs
These LEDs lights up after switching the device on as long as the speakers are not connected with the
amplifier. If the LEDs light up during the operation, one of the protection circuits is active. In this case, please
take the unit out of operation and check it.
17. MASTER OUT LEVEL CONTROL
With the OUT LEVEL controls, you can adjust the corresponding MASTER output level.
18. PHONO/LINE/MIC SWITCH
Used to select the input to be sent to the individual channel.
19. GAIN CONTROL
Used to set the level of the individual input signal.
20. TALKOVER BUTTON
Press this button if you want to use your microphone. When the button is pressed, all signals but the
microphone level are attenuated by 15 dB.
