9. Assembly

Ensure that no existing cables or pipes (including water pipes) are
damaged when drilling mounting holes or tightening screws.
Remove the front half (with the switching circuit and display) by gently
loosening the clips on the wall-mounting unit. The clips are located on the left
and right-hand side. Press underneath the clips and pull the front part of the
temperature controller.
• Check that there are no cables or wires underneath the mounting surface, as
these may be damaged by drilling.
Disconnect the wires from the mains and ensure that they cannot be
switched back on. Check that there is no voltage on the wires.
• Remove the terminal strip on the
back of the relay (unscrew the
screws). Remove the cover on the
screw contacts. Guide the cable
(from the back) through the opening
on the relay unit. The "UP" arrow
should point to the ceiling.
Take care not to short circuit the input and output wires. Keep the
wires separate from one another.
