i) Setting the tempo

Press the button "TEMPO"; "TEMPO" blinks on top of the display. Now set the desired speed (e.g. in play mode) with
the buttons "+" or "-". If no button is pressed for about 3 seconds, setup mode is left automatically.
You can also select the speed by hitting the pad. To do so, keep the button "TEMPO" depressed for 3 seconds until
the display "TAP" appears on the bottom of the display. Now hit the pad 4 x in the beat. The speed is then defined
by means of the distance between the last two beats.
Please note: In play mode (see chapter 10. h), it is not possible to set the speed by hitting the pad. Set
the speed as described above with the buttons.
j) Record mode
Press the "RECORD" button to access record mode. The symbol "RECORD" now appears on the top of the display.
Start recording by pressing the button "RECORD" once again.
To terminate the recording, either press the button "RECORD" or "START/STOP".
Once the recording was terminated, you can play it back using the button "START/STOP".
Please note: If you do not want to record the sound of the metronome, set its volume to "0", see chapter
9d.

11. Restoring to default settings

To restore the default settings, first turn the device off.
Then keep the two buttons "+" and "-" pressed simultaneously and turn the device on.
