Cause
Foreign substances between
fluid tip and needle prevent
sealing
Soiling and wear of parts
- Too little material in cup
- Fluid nozzle not tight self-
adjusting
Leakage at the nozzle sealing

Repair kit
"O" ring kit for paint nozzle (pack of 10)
Trigger
Gravity flow cup 4 ml with lid
Pack with 3 lids for gravity flow cup 4 ml
Needle cap SATAgraph 2
Pack with 3 coupling nipples and sealings
Tissue hose, cpl. 2.5 m
Handle end piece
15 ml glass cup with lid and suction pipe
Pack of 5 - 15 ml glass cups with 5 lids, and 1 lid with suction pipe
Repair
Remove and clean fluid need-
le and fluid nozzle or install
new nozzle set. Correct paint
needle adjustment.
Clean paint nozzle, paint
needle or air cap. Replace
parts.
- Refill material
- Tighten parts
- Clean sealing surface at
sealing and body
- Tighten air cap a little more
strongly
- Replace parts
