Pulizia piatto scorrevole
Per una rapida pulizia del
piatto scorrevole e del piatto
portamerce:

Ruotare in posizione zero il
regolatore spessore fette

Allentare ruotando in
senso antiorario
l' impugnatura di fissaggio
del piatto portamerce

Bloccare il piatto portamer-
ce, tirandolo a fine corsa lato
operatore. Uno scatto
metallico avvisa l'operatore
che il piatto portamerce si e'
bloccato.

Allontanare il piatto scorrevo-
le dal piano spessimetro
(posizione di carico), solleva-
re a fine corsa il pressamerce
5
Pulire il piatto scorrevole
ATTENZIONE
Movimenti accidentali possono
far ricadere inavvertitamente il
pressamerce

During the cleaning
operations take great care:

Feed carriage cleaning
For a quick feed carriage and
product holder cleaning:
1
Position to zero the slice
thickness control

Loose the product holder
clamping handle by rotating
it in a counterclockwise
direction

Push the product holder
towards the operator until it
clicks. The click will inform
the operator that the product
holder is clamped
4
Remove the feed carriage
from the slice thickness plate
(in the loading position) and
lift up the last slice device at
the end of the stroke
5
Wash the feed carriage
WARNING
Occasional movements may let
fall the pusher down again.
