4. Ziehen Sie die innen liegenden Teflonrohre aus den Alumini-
umrohren.
5. Verwenden Sie einen Rohrschneider oder eine Metallsäge und
kürzen Sie beide Aluminiumrohre ca. 8 bis 10 mm entfernt
vom Mittelpunkt der mittleren Bohrung (siehe Bild mitte).
Entgraten Sie die Rohre an dem Schnitt.
6. Die innen liegenden Teflonrohre müssen ebenfalls gekürzt
werden. Schieben Sie das obere Teflonrohr in das Alumini-
umrohr und kürzen Sie das Teflonrohr, so das es an beiden
Seiten bündig zum Aluminiumrohr ist. Das untere Teflonrohr
führt die Kette durch die Federaufnahmehülse in der Rah-
menschelle. Kürzen Sie das Rohr nur um 110 mm und nicht
bündig zum Aluminiumrohr!
7. Schieben Sie die Teflonrohre in die Aluminiumrohre. Setzen
Sie die gekürzte Rahmenschnellverstellung wie auf dem mit-
tleren Bild zusammen. Eine Hilfe gibt auch die Explosions-
ansicht auf Seite 36. Setzen Sie die Aluminiumrohre auf die
Erhebungen in den Umlenkeinheiten. Setzen Sie die Umlenk-
rollen (7) auf den Kragen am Lagersitz in den Umlenkeinheit-
en.
8. Platzieren Sie die Gegenstücke der Umlenkeinheiten und
schrauben Sie die M4 Innensechskantschrauben mit einem
Innensechskantschlüssel 3 mm und die M5 Innensechs-
kantschrauben mit einem Innensechskantschlüssel 4 mm fest.
9. Führen Sie das untere Rohr mit der Druckfeder in die
Federaufnahmehülse an der Rahmenschelle. Schrauben Sie
die vordere kleine Umlenkeinheit mit der M5 Innensechs-
kantschraube an den Kettenrohrhalter am Vorbau.
10. Kürzen Sie die Kette um 9 Kettenglieder (228 mm).
11. Führen Sie die Kette wie im Bild unten zu sehen durch die
Rahmenschnellverstellung und schliessen Sie die Kette am
Kettenschloss.
Hinweis:
Stellen Sie das Trike senkrecht hin. So lässt sich die Kette
einfacher durch die Rahmenschnellverstellung führen.
Hinweis:
Versetzen Sie die Rahmenschelle nach hinten um das Trike
für Personen unter 1,50 m einzustellen.
