1. General information

In case of fire, lethal smoke spreads quickly and often unnoticed trough
the entire apartment. The signolux RF smoke detectors warn of lethal
fire gases at an early stage.
The new smoke alarm technology enables smoke detection without
false alarms by monitoring for variations in temperature. Due to the
fact that the detector automatically adjusts to normal changes in its en-
vironment, the reliability of its response sensitivity remains constant at
all times. The signolux RF smoke detector can reliably detect fire smoke
in difficult environments such as frost-free basements and attics and in
stairwells by means of special software algorithms.
The electronics of the smoke detectors are constructed in such a power
saving way that a typical operational time for the smoke detector of 10
years can be reached with one battery.
Humantechnik does not accept any liability for expenditures of time,
material and money which may result from alarming a manned stati-
on, e.g. security firm or fire brigade.
