Initial operation
In case of operation without Osmolator, the water
has to be topped up manually, and the following
notes on the Osmolator are not applicable.
Attach the Osmolator sensors (1) and place the
cables in the slots: Infrared sensor on the right; float
switch sensor on the left.
Caution ! If the Osmolator is used, the magnet
holders always have to be attached on the bottom
position of the Comline. Otherwise it may interfere
with the sensor function resulting in a failure of the
controller to respond properly.
Snap in the surface suction grid (2).
Mounting the bottom suction system: For this
purpose, cut the two pipes 19 x 300 mm (.74 x 11.8 in.)
supplied to the right length; push the strainer on
to the pipes (3), and then press the pipes into the
openings of the Comline filter (4). The strainers
should end just above the sand at the bottom of the
aquarium.
Before putting the unit into operation, please make
sure that all components and the Osmolator hose
have been securely fitted to the tank.
Mise en service
Si l'Osmolator n'est pas utilisé, l'eau doit être
compensée manuellement. Les indications ci-
dessous concernant l'Osmolator ne doivent pas être
observées.
Montez les capteurs d'Osmolator (1) et insérez
les câbles dans les ouvertures prévues : capteur
infrarouge à droite et capteur de sécurité à gauche.
Attention ! Lors de l'utilisation de l'Osmolator, nous
conseillons de placer le Magnet Holder en position
basse. Dans le cas contraire, le capteur magnétique
se trouve influencé par l'aimant de fixation.
Insérez la grille d'aspiration superficielle (2).
Montez les aspirations d'eau inférieures. Utilisez
pour cela les deux tuyaux 19 x 300mm coupés à
la bonne longueur, montez les crépines sur les
tuyaux d'aspiration (3) et insérez le tout dans le filtre
Comline (4). Les crépines doivent se situer juste au-
dessus du sable de l'aquarium.
Avant la mise en service, s'assurer que tous les
éléments ainsi que le tuyau d'arrivée d'eau de
l'Osmolator soient correctement fixés à l'aquarium.
