Comline attachment to horizontal glass tops
Note: Given a slant of Comline of more than 10 mm
(0.39 in.) relative to the aquarium pane, an effective
operation is no longer ensured. For this reason,
check the load-bearing capacity of the horizontal
brace !
Pre-mounting the holder
Use the rear (upper) plastic screw M5 x 40 mm
(1.57 in.) (1) to set the glass thickness (max. 19 mm
(.74 in.)). Tighten the clamping screw M5 x 40 mm
(40mm.) (2). Use screw M6 x 16 mm (.62 in.) and
nut M6 (3) to attach the rail. Given very thick frame
sections, replace the plastic screws M5 x 40 mm
(1.57 in.) (2) by the stainless steel screws M5 x
60 mm (2.36 in.).
Mount the support attachments (5) for the glass
tops. An ideal attachment to horizontal glass tops
of 4 to 8 cm (1.57 to 3.14 in.) is achieved by an
adjustable support (6) which has to be pressed into
the suction cup. Set the position of the Comline
elements (7). For this purpose, lift the bracket (8),
place the sliding part in the requested position, and
permit the bracket (8) to snap in. The Comline needs
two retaining rails with one sliding unit each (9).

Remarque : une inclinaison de plus de 10mm de
l'élément Comline vers le bas de la vitre ne garantit
plus un fonctionnement correct. Vérifiez et éprouvez la
solidité du support !
Montage préalable du support standard
Ajustez le support à l'épaisseur du verre de l'aquarium
par la vis de réglage plastique arrière (supérieure) M5
x 40mm (1).
Serrez la vis plastique de blocage inférieure M5 x
40mm (2).
Fixez le rail à l'aide des vis et écrous M6 x 16mm (3).
En cas de vitre épaisse, inversez les vis plastiques M5
x 40mm (2) et inox M5 x 60mm (4)
Montez le soutien de support (5). Ce montage permet
une fixation optimale du support sur vitre horizontale
avec une distance de 4 à 8cm à l'aide de la pièce (6)
réglable introduite dans la ventouse
Ajustez la hauteur de l'élément Comline (7). Pour cela,
maintenez le verrouillage de translation (8), faites
glisser la pièce à la hauteur désirée puis libérez le
verrouillage jusqu'à son enclenchement dans un des
orifices du rail vertical.
Un éléments Comline nécessite deux supports
comportant chacun une pièce coulissante (9).
